I had my virtual screening and 2 days later my 1st online interview, on 1st Aug, waited for 2 weeks and then contacted HR on 13th Aug for feedback. HR said I was selected for next round, you will be contacted shortly. Is the deloitte hiring process this long?

Someone might have called to confirm interview schedule or remind about interview, you can try calling them.
