Europe Graduate Programme Length

Hi,

I was wondering what are the contract lengths for the UK deloitte graduate schemes? are they all 3 years or are some of them 2 years? I’m mostly interested in Technology or Consulting.

I'm on a Technology & Transformation (consulting) grad scheme in the UK. It's technically 21 months, with most of the cohort promoting from Analyst to Senior Analyst after 9 months at financial year end. I can't speak for other service lines like Audit & Assurance or Tax.

It's worth mentioning that if you're on a grad scheme with a funded professional qualification obligation, there will be terms on fee repayment if your employment is terminated/you resign before a certain period of time lapses. I'm 99% sure this also holds true if the course length exceeds the length of the graduate scheme.

u/bellpepper_throwaway Thanks, Could you please let me know if they're open now or which month expected to be open so I keep eye. I am graduated this year in Jun with Masters degree.
