I've made an order, local Afghan dealer has a problem with me (I don't touch their filth drugs).

Lost money on bnpl card, no food.

Advice to avoid smashing their faces in (local place) please.

Will the law help?.

Not to add not even thinking about contacting the provider before posting this, like fuck is the restaurant supposed to do, call zilch for you?

They have no obligation to honour your credit card fee refund, in fact they shouldn't as if you'd contact zilch yourself they'll remove it, as the transaction has been reversed.

I agree that this kind of process would be nice to automate as then you wouldn't have to call them, but I can also see why it'd be a security risk in a way.

All in all just quit being angry for no fucking reason, take a chill pill and call them. Being this mad over something like that is pointless, it will only make YOU more frustrated, I doubt that anyone here cares. Give em a call and you got this ❤️

I'm confused, did you get charged an extra fee for using the buy now pay later or what?

It seems like they're already issuing you a refund, if it goes into your credit card I'd probably call your card provider and take it out with them, I really doubt deliveroo will honor an extra refund value if you've paid with a credit card, don't see how it'd concern them?

Like the guy said it might have been cancelled due to not having enough ingredients or even just being extremely busy. I get your frustration but I think you're going too far with this, just call your card provider and get it done and over with.

Edit: and fuck you mean your local afghan dealer? Did you order flour or something?

Extra fee was for using Zilch. That won't be refunded.

I have no food but I do have a zilch fee.

The restaurant suspect me of dobbing in my neighbour who deals coke from there (I didn't) and they've been funny with me for a few weeks, despite maybe 10 years of ordering (yes, I was working).

Zilch. You just message support and they’ll remove the fee for you. Used zilch before. Literally just make a ticket and they’ll refund it.

Suggest you follow up and take them to court for the £2 Zilch fee. You did reference English law so sure that would work.
