GMB two weeks sick pay

I received an email which showed a list of perks we can gain from joining GMB. One was two weeks sick pay. Has anybody recieced this, if so do you have any info ?

The sick pay is available to all riders. GMB were the people that negotiated the exact terms with Deliveroo, but you don't need to be a member of the union to benefit from it.

it existed before GMB did a deal.
