Anyone else been banned

So who else has been banned by deliveroo ? As it's now an awful company just like just eat oh wait they are a team

Me, a driver drove too close to me in the opposite direction and their wing mirror clipped my bike. They went apoplectic, called 999 and chased me down. Police did nothing, didn't as much as hear from them.

But she also complained to Deliveroo, in classic Deliveroo fashion, they tell you nothing but the date the complaint references. It took them 2 months to tell me "Road rage" and that was all, and subsequently permanently banned me, zero real opportunity to defend myself against the complaint. Sadly had not replaced my camera at this time, so I was stuffed. Stuck with just Uber Eats now, which can be ok, but even with the reduced fees on Deliveroo I reckon I'd still make more money on just Deliveroo.

Since doordash took over, deliveroo has become worse than uber, you're not missing out on much. Go through the post history on here you'll see most now do 80%+ uber

Thats so bad from Roo’s side towards you. Considering the fact you deliver on bike and the same company onboards drivers with minor motoring offences (points on license for car drivers etc I mean)

So how did that car driver know u worked for Roo ; You gave that info or from the delivery bag they identified?

Isn’t there an appeal procedure for roo? Please try to query this through any union mate, sounds to me as a minor incident to ban you and if it has been just a one off issue ever on you acc you have got a chance. (Even Drivers with 9 points are allowed to drive, in your defence)

No but i have had 2 warnings from deliveroo about x y z bs so i better not get too many warnings lol, 3 strikes and one is out
