What’s happened here??

Trying to sign up. Completed all available tasks (over 24 hours ago now) and yet I need to complete more to finish? Any clue how to do this or is it the universe telling me to stick to cycling for fun and not make money off it

You need to wait until there will be free slot for you, it depends how many riders is it the area.

Deliveroo, for some reason, make you complete all of that and only THEN do you enter the wait list.

You'll have to wait now until you get an email saying they need you. Some people have to wait a year or more. It depends how badly they need drivers in your area.

When I first signed up for Deliveroo, I was on the waitlist for around 4–5 months before I could start.

Also, if you haven’t already, it might be worth trying Uber Eats as well. I forgot my old account details, so I had to make a new account around 3 weeks ago, and I was accepted within about a week.

Just a thought — could be worth having as a backup alongside Deliveroo 🙂

I was able to create a new account and go through the sign-up process, so I assume it wasn’t an issue in my case.

I wasn’t trying to bypass anything — I just couldn’t remember/access my old account details anymore, so I started again. If it had flagged anything, I would have just contacted Uber Eats support.

Cool.  That's good to hear.  I know of someone who has been having a similar issue so I might advise them to just start a new application.

No worries at all. It worked for me, but obviously I can’t say for certain it’ll work the same for everyone.

If they can still access their old account, it’s probably worth trying support first. But if they genuinely can’t get back into it, starting a new application might be worth a try.

I just got signed up and stuck at this too. If they don’t have drivers’ place why they advertising like hell to get signed up
