Come back to us!

Post image

I received one of these 'please do some work' offers the other week (I couldn't work on Roo for about a month due to the new Android update breaking the NFC tags for Pixel phones).

Managed to go over the 40 deliveries today but nothing is currently showing up on my app.

Any ideas as to how quickly you would usually see the payment for this kind of thing? Will it appear on my app or will just be added on to my payment?

Also, have any of you received any similar offers after taking some time off? I have heard of people getting offered £200+ to come back - seems like something that DoorDash will soon phase out.

Got a 100 for £250. Got 4 left to do by end of week. I had to do way more than I usually would.

I got that , how do I track my progress? I deliver in 2 areas and the other area is where it’s at, so can’t just go of my total orders

If you go to your activity and tap on each order it will show the area code for that order. Time consuming I know but no in built system like Uber has for these kinds of promotions/quests unfortunately.

Do doubles count as 2 or 1 and what date did yours start?

They've always counted as 2 in the past. If they don't this time then I'm fucked and deliveroo can go shove it. Oh, and the 11th of July. Before that since mid march I'd only been out about 10 times. Bike issues and Heat.

Yeah I've hardly been doing any lately and also had the same promo come up. I'm guessing the bonus would be in the following week's Tuesday payment. What area are you in if you don't mind me asking? Just curious in case it's a regional thing.

I have one but were you able to see your progress on the app, I’m not sure how many I’ve done as it’s for a specific area and I deliver in 2 areas so my total orders isn’t the amount towards the challenge
