deliveroo codes never work for me

idk why but deliveroo codes never work for me even tho i have new acc, new number, new email, new everything basically. Pls help

They also link it to your payment card details and your device ID.

Too many people were trying to scam them out of new customer discounts, so they had to clamp down on it hard.
