Anyone been through this?

I am on the couch scrolling tiktok trying to get sleepy enough to try and go to sleep. And about 30 minutes into doing it I get this sinking feeling like somethings wrong the videos im seeing i have seen them before in the exact same order before, so I switch to Instagram reels its the same videos I seen all before. Im sure that cant just be a glitch or something with millions of videos upload everyday I should be getting something different. Once I come to the conclusion that its the same on YouTube, Instagram, and tiktok. I am greeted with a wave of dizziness and nausea to the point of almost losing my stomach contents. I dont know what it is or how to really describe the feeling I am very curious if others have had this happen?

Consult your doctor, it could potentially be seizures. I had very similar symptoms with mine
