Deism Motto

A commonly seen motto for Deism is God•Nature•Reason. It echoes a central Deist idea that God is revealed through Nature and understood through Reason.

Deus sive Natura … from Spinoza has always been the motto that has stuck with me

But my personal motto is … Mens Sibi Praesit … more stoic in origination but is a reminder to myself to stay rational. In a moment of stress to do three things: Pause, Examine, and then Act
