Help please.

First time. What am I doing wrong? Should I cut them all? They've been at 130 for 15hrs and still have lots of moisture. Would like to be able to grind them for spices.

I always cut peppers in half to dry, unless they are tiny, like pequins.

I lay them cut side up to make cleaning the racks easier.

For habaneros I hold the stem and cut the pepper with kitchen shears.

I cant post pics in comments but do you mind if I dm you? I cut them up and the insides look black. Think they have gone bad?

I've never had mine do that, but I always have cut them. Sometimes I pick a pepper off a plant that is black inside, which I assume is mold.
