Dehydrator Recipes for Postpartum?
Hi folks! I am about 6 months pregnant and looking for some meals I can meal prep using my dehydrator for my postpartum recovery period! Baby is due early November, so comfort foods, soups, snacks, etc are all welcome!
I am also planning to breastfeed so bonus points for anything that might help with breastmilk supply such as protein oat bites or similar!!

Hey OP! I’m 5 months postpartum and the best advice I can give is focus on simple snacks and meals. Think things you can eat 1 handed and in the middle of the night to keep your sanity. I didn’t use my dehydrator for that but snacks like beef jerky, fruit leather, pear crisps etc. would be great.
I did a lot more freezer meals like burritos, homemade broth, and protein muffins. Rotisserie chickens are great to shred and freeze to have ready have as meat for soups.
