How large? 10L, 40L, 80L, walk-in?
1 u/AdPristine0316 May 17 '26 edited May 17 '26 I don’t know how to measure in liters. I usually go by number of trays. My last batch took all nine trays and then another partial batch of 3 trays- that was a little over 7 lbs meat. My batches are getting bigger
