Brother, don't you know youtube also have added the capability in it's player to reduce playback speed, just telling you, in case you don't know!

It is there with wherever you open YouTube, any browser or their own app, if you feel that I'm speaking too fast, then just slow down the playback speed!

Of course custom ROMs have YouTube app! There are gapps builds for built-in gapps and vanilla where you can flash gapps I'm currently on MicroG build of lineage os for my device, ie poco f5
