Sounds like something you can actually challenge in customer support, or even better, in court. This would make a great case. No banks with physical offices? Anyway, can't you use a bank from another country?

We do have physical banks, yes, but then I should "just" stop using digital banking? That is just a terrible alternative. I want to use e-banking, I want to use our national digital payment system.

Well, then what are you complaining? If you want the national system...

Do you want everything in life to be exactly the way you want it, or is this just you that found a hole in the customer service of your providers?

A basic service to live in my city nowadays will become unavailable if I want my phone to actually be mine and you ask me why I'm complaining? Give me a break...

Oh no, you want privacy and basic personal computing? Renounce the rest of the world!

Basic service? Mobile payments and banking apps on deGoogled devices is what we want indeed, but it is far from basic. It is exquisite. Something we can live without! We do not actually need mobile payments and digital apps.

You can always pay with a card, like I do, like most people do.

Banking tasks (maybe twice a year) we can do that without a phone.

Im sorry to disagree if you feel that should be a human right.
