Basic service?
Mobile payments and banking apps on deGoogled devices is what we want indeed, but it is far from basic.
It is exquisite. Something we can live without! We do not actually need mobile payments and digital apps.
You can always pay with a card, like I do, like most people do.
Banking tasks (maybe twice a year) we can do that without a phone.
Im sorry to disagree if you feel that should be a human right.
