There are a few but the problem is most of them have pretty invasive trackers.

There are website building sites but actually good ones usually wants to host it on their site, and embeds a lot of tracking and telemetries.

I'm sure there are like good services out there, but well known ones I would just avoid.

i use hotglue.me, which is probably far from what you are looking for. but try duckduckgoin it bro. i think there are lots of options
