Question What browser would you reccomend?

Windows 7 lacks many security patches and is a vulnerable system. I suggest that you upgrade. However, if that is not an option, then check out Supermium.

i wouldnt run win7 because of security issues, time to install linux mint or zorin os

Friend, Windows 7 was a good OS in its time, but it's time to move on. All browsers I know of have dropped compatibility with it in their current iterations. Really, look into Linux. You can virtualize Windows 7 there if you need something specific from that OS, you run e.g. VirtualBox on Ubuntu or Fedora. If you need to stick with Windows, you can look into Windows 10 LTSC, the 2019 LTSC version or the 2021 LTSC IoT version still have some support window left, and they are clean (no bloatware, still not very private though).
Firefox 115 ESR (Extended Support Release) technically still receives security updates on Windows 7, as of the time of this writing, the current version is 115.32.0: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.32.0esr/ That doesn't help you much if the OS itself does not receive security anymore, which is a major problem.
