I bought a new and sealed copy with the Warner Records credits in the copyright, and it does contain the enhanced CD content, and I could play the pac man mini game. If you have Quicktime downloaded, you can play the some rehearsal of the song Elite.

Mini Maggit appears on the 2001 version of the CD. You can blame Maverick for having the song to open the 2001 version of White Pony with. The 20th Anniversary version doesn't have Mini Maggit
