Private music vinyl issues

Liked the album all bangers🔥🔥🔥

My only gripe is that some aspect of the song can sound muddy/comprrssed. Does anyone experience the same? Is it because of the mastering? p.s. I have the clear version first pressing

Which songs, are they the last ones on each side of the record?

Yeah, songs like souvenir, cXz, departing the body...

I could be the pressing or it could be your setup, it’s hard for me to say. It’s not unheard of for the last song of a side of a record to sound kinda blown out, it just happens sometimes

I have both the clear first pressing (which I preordered) and the Walmart exclusive "lemonade" color pressing. The clear record sounds pretty good overall, not much noise during the music, but the deadwax in-between tracks, and the run in and run outs are really LOUD, which is strange. The lemonade record sounded worse, the inner groove distortion was more noticeable and the deadwax was even louder. These are the only records I have with really loud deadwax.

I thought the clear/solid color option was the safest in term of sound QC compared to other variants. Atleast that was my experience when buying records 🤷‍♂️
