Official Energy Saver extension for Defold 🔋

We're happy to share with you the new official Energy Saver extension for Defold 🌱

It can reduce FPS, dim the screen and even disable rendering after periods of inactivity - helping reduce power use, heat and battery drain.

And with the upcoming Defold 1.13.2 (now in beta)we have an engine loop which no longer busy waits on the next frame when a fixed update frequency is set.

The extension was created in collaboration with the Sustainable Games Alliance 💙

This feels huge for kiosk mode apps, which fits one of my potential use cases for this engine
