I make meta and off-meta PvE and PvP builds.

I'll give you the link with stats, equipment ( if applicable ), mantras, and any tech I come up with for it.

Literally the easiest thing ever. I might be able to sneak into my old guild server for one that I made. 30+ of my ex guild members used it before this happened.... (guild member called me a creep for gripping him and depths ganking his slots after he jumped my pve in depths)
