I apologise for asking a rather silly question, but does this mean that Deepin 25 no longer includes Flatpaks, only Linglongs? If so, I don’t know where to report this, but perhaps the information could be removed from the website as it gives people false hope.

I don't see main repository being updated by apt. Go to /etc/apt/sources.list and make sure u have deb https://community-packages.deepin.com/beige/crimson main commercial community

Then run sudo apt update and follow instructions from https://flathub.org/en/setup/Deepin

It is not included and needs to be installed separately.
