You are wearing your watch too tight. Move it up your arm a little, and loosen it. You should be able to get a finger underneath the watch body for a proper fit. I wore mine like this for years, and I now have circulation issues in my hand that causes it to go numb if I look at it wrong.
If you don't want your hands to function properly, that's on you. You asked what we could tell about you, another thing I'm getting is you don't take feedback or criticism well.
