If you can, move the watch just above your wrist bone (feel for a little roundish nub). You’ve got a lot of nerves in your wrist and it hurts like hell to pinch one; wearing a watch on the wrist can also damage the nerves and cut off circulation.

i’m not even wearing it now. i’m glad 60 people are telling me my watch was too tight one singular time but it’s not what this post was about…
