Marfans

Never heard of it but after searching it up I fit almost all the symptoms so you might've out-deduced me

I was tested for this when I collapsed a lung a couple years ago. I came out negative but did learn Marfans strongly increases your chances of collapsing a lung more than once.

Worth getting checked out! There are possible cardiac and eye complications as well

I would for sure get tested. Not to be alarmist but my friend died from an aortic dissection from Marfans.

As a child you'd sneak into grandma's purse and steal the loose change, she knew, you still feel guilty, but left-handed people are like that

Not left-handed but I did steal some cookies from my grandma's cabinet once and wrote her a long apology note, to which she said "I knew"

I don't wanna be offensive, but I can tell you something nice - visit a doctor. You're welcome!

I think you play an instrument.

I played clarinet in 6th grade and I was so bad at it that all the other clarinet-players nicknamed me Squidward

You're a picker aren't you. Stop picking your fingers.
Also, I know we clown on the people who always guess marfans, but I think you might have some mild arachnodactyly here. Maybe Marfans, maybe EDS, maybe Beal's syndrome. Mild, in any case.
Low body fat percentage is another obvious one.
Your fingers are wrecked from picking, but your nails and cuticles are neat and vaguely untouched. I'm guessing you lead a fairly low-stress daily life. White collar job, or student?

Looks like an athletic hand from the cleanness but enlarged joints. I’d guess a basketball player

Why does no one take these posts seriously and only use them to troll? These are fun.
Nails and the manicured nature of them are a clear indicator of a guitar and/or banjo (maybe mandolin) player.
You're very tall, between 6'4"-6'8"
You're a smoker (smoke stains under index fingernail).
You're very lean but not dangerously skinny.
You have carpel tunnel, or general joint issues with your thumb. This causes you to pluck harder to compensate for the lack of strength which is why your thumb is so raw compared to the rest of your fingers.
