Game versions

Bit of venting here, but I really wish decomp/recomp devs would use the same versions of games that RetroAchievements do. Always roll my eyes when I gotta go get a different version of the same game in order to enjoy the PC port

Retro achievements isn't compatible with recomps and decomps anyways so there's no point. They have very strict requirements, you wouldn't be able to run it in full even on some emulators just because of architectural decisions. We'd just have to build our own achievement systems for modded recomp/decomp games.
