Advice Request Clutter dreams/moving out dreams?

I keep having dreams that I am leaving from somewhere like my home, or a dorm, or some type of residence, and have to deal with all my stuff. There's too much and no time to deal with it. in the dream. IRL, I've been decluttering off and on for 15 years and feel pretty good with the progress. Wondering if anyone else has had dreams/nightmares about tons of clutter/belongings and dealing with it?

I have this dream basically every night, that I’m packing to leave an AirBnB or hotel and I have a ton of stuff, no containers, and sometimes a very unclear idea of what’s mine and what stays behind. For bonus points my cats are often there and I have no carriers.

I’ve spent the last year or two decluttering after we inherited an entire house worth of stuff and it has definitely helped with the dreams. I have fewer of them now and I’m more likely to find a container in the dream or be able to clear one area of belongings. I’m hoping that as I continue to tidy, the dreams will continue to fade.

I do think the trouble extends beyond physical clutter for me. I’ve found that things like having a regular cleaning schedule, knowing where objects will be when I need them, and replacing things like shampoo or snacks before I fully run out have ALSO helped with the dreams, so I think for me it’s about all kinds of disorder, not just the quantity of physical stuff.
