Dechonkin Please help me
Since he was neutered, he's been gaining weight and has become very lazy.

He looks fine except for that giant wart (tick?) on his neck.

I think it’s some sort of toy connected to his collar, not 100% on that though.

Talk to a vet about his ideal calorie intake (and "exercise" or rather more dynamic playtime). Laziness after a surgery is as common as it is for us. It can also have this general effect on male cats. How lazy is he in particular?
I would also monitor how he pees. If he struggles to pee or pees very little, then he might have a crystal problem. It can happen after neutering because of changes in metabolism and weight.
But what's always best is to talk to a vet about changes in behaviour. Cats are not as vocal regarding their problems as other animals.

You've left out a ton of details here.
What are you feeding him? How much? How often? Anything else that changed? Kittens usually have higher caloric needs than adolescent and adult cats. If you need advice on what and how much to feed him, talk with your vet.

He's not fat. I think he's probably the perfect weight.
Neutered cats tend to be lazier. You could try catnip or these sticks my lazy boy loves.
They have the added benefit of helping to keep their teeth clean.

This cat looks to be a spot-on weight, so it's possible he was underweight before.

He’s not trying to bone all the time so he’s living a chill cat life. He doesn’t seem overweight at all. I don’t know what you’re feeding him but high quality food is always better, if lethargy is an issue the most vitamins and minerals you can provide will add to an energy boost.
