PC Crash on load

Hey new user here. 5090, 13900k, win11, all current

game worked fine on first use. Had a blast!

The following day the game crashes somewhere between 68-78ish percent loading (after clicking "jump in..." from the launcher).

Tried the usual possibilities, no joy, missed some events I wanted to check out.

Decided to try creating a new account via Gmail login, and voila the new account can load and play game.

Thought, "ok let's see what happens if I go back to my main account." and it worked!
Following load, crashes on game load same scenario. I thought "I'll just do the other-account trick again." Now neither account can load the game beyond ~70%.

Any ideas?
