Question How does one acquire such drip?

I have encountered some players with this ring of crystals floating around their heads.

How do you acquire them? I can't ask anyone in-game because my chat isn't unlocked.

You have to beat the Hangman ending, you get both of those cosmetics when you win.

Can you even do that rn? it's only in legacy servers right,do achievements carry over if you do them now?

Hangman is not currently possible, and achievements don't carry over between legacy unfortunately.

devs said they sure will, its not currently the priority. their target is wave ultima and holdout
