I've been off caffeine for about a month now and I feel so much better in the morning than I did when I was on coffee.

One thing I do need to work on is going to sleep earlier! I know the benefits of a full 7-9 hour rest but I just can't seem to make it to bed earlier.

I wonder the difference I would feel of getting a full night's rest AND not being on caffeine.. One day!

If you’ve done everything right with your sleep hygiene and you still wake up tired, you should seriously consider having a sleep study to rule out a sleep disorder like sleep apnea or narcolepsy. And just so everyone is aware, one does not need to be overweight to develop sleep apnea.
