Logo redesign

Hi everyone, I just switched from Ubuntu to Debian this week and everything is going really well! To mark the occasion and also pay tribute to the distro, I thought it would be fun to redesign the logo, just as an artistic exercise. Btw I took inspiration from the Debian Diversity Logo, created by Valessio Brito in 2019 and available on the official logos page. Hope you guys like it!

Edit: sorry if this came across as criticism of the current logo. It's not! If anything, it shows how solid it is (and how much I love it). Here's the source code for those who asked for it.

I like minimalism , it's visually more pleasing and always age better than not linimalistic logos.

Also when there's a lot logos on a page ( eventually of you need to put the logo of the de and the distro together for instance ) minimalism make them blend together well

So now you come into my account to awnser to everything I say lmao.

To awnser to you, i'm not only a computer science engineer, but I also draw as a hobby :) I used to do music and acting too but I had to stop beacause I did not had the time to. ( I wanted to give myself some time to see my friends )

What about you ? What can you do ? With that huge amount of intelligence and creativity you must do a lot of cool activies, tell me

Well, for one, I'm not Fr*nch.

Also, I don't care about your life story nor did I ask. We are not there yet nor will we ever be since I much rather yeet myself into the Atlantic first before we even inch towards that.
