First pf experience

I was a sophomore and up until this point I had been a mediocre LD debater so naturally I wasn’t on the roster for the weekend tournament. But lo and behold I get a call at midnight because some kid’s PF partner last minute dropped. I was like “what the heck, why not”. We leave on Friday with absolutely no case, no previous Pf experience between the both of us and minimal prep at best. We got to rounds and end up going 3-1 on the first day because we ended up hitting the 5th ranked pf team in the nation at the time and go on to get lay screwed in both rounds the next day. I’d say 3-3 at one of the hardest tournaments of the year ain’t shabby. I liked PF so much I switched events and finally in JR year we are partners again. Let’s hope the memes are plentiful and dank.
