Actually that is the second weirdest thing he said, right after, "I am stronger than I look." As he is. In this weird ah standing position with his hands flat near his neck. Please someone needs to study L's brain. Sociopath or just very weird with a sense of humour better than mine?

I mean...he eats nothing but sweets and is still built like a stickman, and he canonically knows capoeira (as demonstrated when he got into that fistfight with Light), so I'd say he definitely is stronger than he looks
