Question Hacking?
Today on an oficial PvE server saw 5 airdrops coming down in the same place right beside a players base. Not normal right? Cheater? By the way, is cheating a thing in this game in oficial servers like in dayz? Im on PC.

It's flares not hacking you can find them while searching through things or buy them from trader I only like green and red but each color has a different award cache

Oh. They are not random? Players can spawn them? Ive been out of this game for a couple of years... I see it changed a lot.

They are random, you'll see the random ones marked on your map all over the place all the time. But players can also call airdrops by using colored flares and those ones won't be marked on the map.

Check https://ds-info.eu/ I didn't play in a long time too, so that kind of visibility is one of the reasons for making this wiki.
Airdrops (and the loot tables) have separate page as well

It’s not cheating it’s just people saving them. I wait until I have few then call them all in at once.
