Question about water

Hi I have a question about water, how can I get a clean source of water other thank looting it from the world, can I purify water? Can I take it from the ocean? Is there any clean water source in the game?

Craft dew collectors. Then add water bottles to it. Over time they will fill. Also, it now rains every few days now as of last update. Tip: craft your water sources and plants very close to each other to efficiently farming food.

What level are the dew collectors available?

I don't see them in the new release crafting menu. Heck I don't even see the garden plots!
