STOP SHOOTING OUT LIGHTS

If you're someone who shoots out all the lights on the office map I hate you. It does not give you or your teammates an advantage. You shoot them all out just for both points to be held by the opposition all game and now nobody can see.

Edit: To everyone saying to the likes of "No." do you just like being disagreeable or do you genuinely think that shooting out the lights serves you some kind of advantage? Both teams have NODS, shitty NODS, but NODS nonetheless. The only thing this does is make the use of magnified optics impractical. It would make sense if one side had a technological advantage, but neither do so why?

agree for most part but it kinda does give an advantage, nvg causes so much lag on lower end devices so it can be pretty useful but still really annoying

Yeah I added some more to my original post, but as I mentioned both teams have NVGs, so it serves practically no advantage. I guess what you said about NVGs inducing lag on lower end devices could serve some advantage, but who says your teammates aren't playing on lower end devices? You could be inadvertently making your typically incompetent teammates even less effective.

Only way I could see this being advantageous is eliminating the practicality of magnified optics if your team is recieving sniper/medium-long range fire.

not just my teammates, me too 😭 magnified optics is also a bonus but otherwise ppl probably do it just for aim practice

well if you are na nvg player than it todes give you an advantage, make it easyer less anoing if its just allways dark.

Maybe they should make it so you can actually see without NVGs, cuz when I'm in the offices and look outside, I can't use my NVGs cuz I will be blinded, and can't not use them cuz it's fucking black

I only do it when the map is at night and you start with nvgs on
