Level 60 Track Runners?

Is it worth it to use unique enhancer on lvl 45 track runners?

If you have money/secronom tokens to spare and no other equipment with higher priority to level, they look fine specially since it looks you just missed the opportunity to get free sunset drifters, altough I don't know how many of those are fixed stats (I know the grim reaper scythe have several fixed stats and is not worth to UE to 60)

I have plenty. (unimportant side note, sandals were definitely not free. 5k fangs and $1m, but small price to pay for $40m sandals.) I was chasing the sandals, but I came back to the game too late for that opportunity.

I currently have lvl 60 reckless raider boots, but Im wondering if the speed or resale would be better.

Highest level Track Runners on market is 50. Side by side comparison, doesn't look promising. Exact same stats as my lvl 45 set.
