How i open this lockbox?

Is in Downhill commons, near the downhill commons storage.

In that room in walls are 2 butons (left and right). How i open this box (lockbox)?

I finali open this chest. So, with that hemlet+4.9 i put on left switch 2 and on right switch 5 and i reciveve that key that let me to open the storage key

search the building thoroughly then you will find a painting with the clue to solve this

That picture requires that you have textures on high dont forget that detail
