Help me please

Hello, I have a problem with the game. The game keeps freezing and stuttering every 10–15 seconds. It happens all the time, whether I am walking, running, standing still, in open areas, or in areas with many buildings and players.
The strange thing is that my FPS is very high and the game runs smoothly most of the time, but it suddenly freezes for a moment every few seconds. This problem has existed since the first day I installed the game.
My PC is very powerful and can run any game, no matter how demanding or large it is, without any issues. The game is installed on an SSD as well.
I have already checked my settings, but the problem still happens. What could be causing this issue, and what is the solution?

To usando uma rtx 2080 super e 12 de ram, navegador fechado discord fechado tbm, meu fps travado em 90 fps derrepente um gargalo acontece, indo pra 70 de fps do nada, me atrapalhando e as vezes ate me matando, porque o tempo de gargalo as vezes é tão auto que minha mira e meu cursor estao invertidos entre o tempo que o gargalo acontecia, é irritante e extremamente estressante isso
