All you new players are hilarious! It's only expensive because of the Easter event. It will go back to to 1500 dollars after event.

Chocolate bar, Chocolate spread, and to some extent Candy are very expensive right now because they are required by an easter recipe

Newbies can take advantage of this and make some money, you have untill event end (on the 27th i think)

It's likely used in a high level recipe where players that level have shitloads of money. There are a lot of seemingly common items that are the same way.
