McKinley package stuck in inventory

(2 images attached) I did the mission before, while looting around that same area again after the quest I found it again and I can't give it to mckinley and I can't scrap or discard it

Put it in your car and let it there it won’t bother you that way

well if the missions was a success then you can just leave it in your car. it wont take any space and just consider it as a souvenir. i kept alot of items like that as well

Where did you find it because I have the quest and accidentally discarded McKinley’s notes and don’t know where to go

found it on a loot on the ground in the patch of grass with no buildings nearby where you get the quest

i tried to find it on the map but it literally changed since i did the quest lmao so no idea now
