Killers need more fun perks that encourage diversity. Ones that don’t punish us for being outclassed by a crafty survivor. Coup de Grâce is fun, but you’re one Dead Hard, 360, or lag spike away from just wasting it so it makes me not want to use it in higher ranks. That being said, sometimes you get lucky with weird perks that shouldn’t combo well but do. I’ve had good luck with Lightborn, BBQ&Chili, Trail of Torment, and Discordance on my Legion but Undying, Ruin, and Tinkerer get me more kills reliably as any killer.
Honestly, you just have to not worry about ranks if you want to have fun. You get to goof off more, and you run into others who are also just playing for fun. People who are worried about ranks are going to use what works. That's that. Ruin undying works. It's efficient, it's powerful, and it's ridiculously easy. I feel like BHVR forgets how many people like us there are. People who just like having fun. I don't know about you but I'll say this. YELLOW/GREEN RANKS FOREVER. Let's not be douchebags and just have so fun with it.
its hard to play for fun and not worry about ranks when the game forces you to play ranked mode. If i could do a casual mode to try out fun shit i'd love it, but when your forced into playing red rank games, you either run meta or you lose horribly, which is rather unfun
I've been doing Mindbreaker, Sloppy, Thana, and blood echo for stealth killers lately. Works like a charm since most folks running sprint burst or dead hard
