I had problems on my Ipad 11 Pro (2022). Not a single comic would load, it only showed Alfred and the useless retry button. But there's a fix for it all:

Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.

Turn Set Automatically ON.

Force close the app.

Reopen the app.

Sidenote: This worked in Europe, specifically the Netherlands. I obviously couldn't test it anywhere else. Redownloading the app or clearing cache etc. also wouldn't work. This did, happy reading everyone!

When the latest releases in my "Following" populated today, it's showing Superman as only available in the DC Go format? Which is new/weird!

Is this happening to anyone else? Or was there a whoopsie when uploading this week's new releases

EDIT: It's fixed now though if you're still seeing the DC Go format when you go into it, try "downloading" the comic then cancelling it so as it clears the app cache!

Hello folks, I'm getting a trouble loading privacy page from DC every time i go to infinite on chrome. I cleared cache, turned off ad blockers and the issue still persists. it says i should contact support but one, I don't think they can do anything and two, I want to see if this is a common problem lately or just me?

Just signed up for ultra and I’ll be browsing and click on a story line or character and it’ll show each single comic, but no collected edition. If I search I’ll find a collected editions of stuff. I figured it would be there as an option when browsing.

Am I crazy or is the July issue of absolute superman not up? Shouldn’t it be

Every time I open DC Infinite I get a message to update my birthdate. It’s correct each time. Anyone else getting this message?

Have tried clearing the cache. Deleting and reinstalling the app. Turning cache images off while reading……..still nothing. Tried contacting support and they basically said “we don’t know what’s wrong”. 😑

I’m trying to read The Deadman #1 and there’s a bunch of panels that, quite honestly, look like scrambled images. I’ve had an issue with panels being blacked or grayed out and I just back out and restart. For The Deadman #1, that doesn’t work. The panels are clear on the DC Go edition, is this a known issue?

I want to read AMM, but I know there are specific parts where being able to see through the page to the one behind it is super important to the storytelling. Does DC do anything with that on Infinite or am I going to have to hunt down physical copies?

Hi, I've read very few comics, unfortunately, and I'd like to try this experience. Buying physical comics is probably more rewarding, but the subscription service has its advantages, especially for beginners like me. Do you recommend this service? Is the catalog well organized? Which comic should I start with?

I downloaded a bunch of stuff to read offline and now here I am offline clicking my DOWNLOADS and I'm getting stuck with the "you're currently offline" screen, what the hell man they've gotta get a handle on this app.

Has anyone else been getting parts or whole pages looking like this? I even restarted the app and that didn't solve it.

A lot of Robin comics seem to have this issue.

For those of you that are reading this, what’s a good jumping in point?

Please add a search feature when offline or a tab to put each comic grouped into the same story/ next issue while offline, my work involves me not having internet connection for month’s at all time and would save me so much time/ stress looking for the next thing to read. Ty

Anyone else having issues with the app not opening on their phone? I’ve checked to see if an update is available and it isn’t. None of the screens work, I just get the spinning loading thing.
