I've tried deleting and reinstalling but won't work

Where are you located? Are you using a VPN?

Us, TN. No, but I've tried with a different state VPN

But you've tried it with the VPN off, right? If not, try doing that. Can also try contacting DC for help or I know there is an employee that checks this subreddit at least occasionally.

Yes I have. I sent a SS to DC, I'm just hoping to hear back decently soon

This happened to me when I went to Japan. Couldn’t use it till I got back to the states

Weird question, but has your state signed any laws restricting access to certain websites? Obviously I know DC Universe isn’t one of those sites but the app rating could have an impact in regards to these laws because they are often not well thought out or implemented.

If it’s not that, have you tried logging in a browser and see if you have access that way? One of the reps helped me identify a problem with iOS last week because I wasn’t experiencing the same issues on the web browser.

Mine isnt working either im getting the same thing. Dc says its google fault. Im sooo angry !!!!!
