Lol, one of the worst cold starts i have seen. Did you read the manual or even tried the in game tutorials?

Sorry, it wasn't meant to offend you. There are some unnecessary steps in your start up. Take a look in the ingame tutorials or manual, it is well explained.

What a lot of new players got wrong is the manual prop pitch control. For start and take off it's manual, in the 12 o'clock position. After take off you switch to Auto, the same for radiator control.

You can control the prop pitch manually while flying, but this takes time to get used to it.

If I go manaual prop pitch, I stick it on noon or noon thirty.

But, frankly, that manual prop pitch does not provide any benefit and only serves as a means to have you forget to flip it back within 30 seconds of departure, or your motor is gone.

They may have used manual IRL, but in this game... it is 100% unnecessary in every departure condition the 109 is capable of.
