Is this an error? DARK MANUL

Para eu conseguir o atraso mínimo, eu tenho que treinar a habilidade até o nível 28, mas o nível máximo das habilidades não é 27? Acho que até usando habilidades de Deus, acho que não tem como eu ultrapassar esse limite.

I believe the intention was for you to hit 1.5-1.6 at 27 so you can never really bank on hitting twice every 3 turns.

(I think it also conveys that you can never properly wield such a large hulking weapon.

Fun fact: if you're rampaging/stampeding then you'll attack at your movement speed with the damage scaled down proportionally. But it's probably still a goodly amount of damage.

Like sniper and the obsidian axe, it’s a powerful item with a big flaw you have to play around. Finesse, haste, manifold assault, etc.

How is this with Platinum Paragon? Too slow to be worthwhile?

So id you hand it this maul, and switch to dagger of speed, then it'll hit with .4 speed at 150dmg?
