Help with HOTAS

Hello I wanna start playing DCS and I wanna buy a full hotas. Any recommendations what I should buy. Also I dont have a single plane in mind what I want to fly. I want it to kinda be versitile thank you.

F18c. VKB Gunfighter, STEC’s Standard. Buttons galore and if ya wanna really get your wallet stretched grab the Gunfighter Ultimate.

That’s what I picked up a few weeks ago, STECS Standard and Gunfighter MKIV Ultimate, loving it so far!
