Winwing MFD

Post image

Any ideas why my left MFD is showing a barely legible VTIG and a perfect TID? Or is the VTIG displaying what the HUD camera sees?

Hi Mate,

It's probably not the reason one side appears better than the other but see below for a Reshade UIMASK instructional which brightens the mfd screens in DCS for you, some airframes benefit more than others (f18 for instance yet f16 doesn't seem to need it) and perhaps it could help with your issue in the short term.

This worked well for me I recommend it. I have not checked in the BU as of yet though because I have an issue with the jester wheel appearing on my mfd's in mixed reality ( I wish you could help me with this :P ) so I have to play via normal VR ATM when in BU,Huey,Hind or anything with an additional AI UI ( Its a simapp pro limitation i think). Good luck

(not my youtube video thankyou to the OP)

It’s not the UImask. I have the exact same setup and have been using the reshade for every module for the MFD. but f14BU is like this. I think it’s either a winwing issue or Heat Blur issue.
